Unfortunately I think your only option is to take it to a local PC repair shop.
The beeping noise, if continuous, can be a sign of overheating. This can cause catastrophic hardware failure and is a fire risk. This can result in personal injury and/or death. Please stop using the machine immediately.
I don't feel comfortable trying to walk you through trying to retrieve your information until you get a qualified technician to confirm that your machine is safe to use.
A local PC repair shop will be able to check all of your components. They may even have a data retrieval service. I suggest getting a full check at the very least, but in this case it might also be easier to get them to retrieve your files too. Make absolutely sure with the technician that he will not format the hard drive.
