Site looks great !
...Only the little men on the main forum page from the left side are kind of annoying 
i like it more with the question mark ... But after all this is just my opinion

Funny you should mention them. I'm not real fond of them either. However, I thought the question marks were a little too much. It's still a work in progress.

Maybe decreasing of the blue color or giving it gray tonality also making the question marks little smaller , or something similar?Only the little men on the main forum page from the left side are kind of annoying

We all are working hours on computers and surfing different sites and etc. eyes are getting easily tired, a simple solution would be nice if possible.

I made just the shirt blue (for fourms with new posts), the rest is the gray tone that matches the rest of the site. No one really spends much time looking at the forum index anyway.
I may use a foum mod that allows a different icon for each forum eventually.
P.S. Remember, you can also select other skins using the drop-down skin selector in the lower left corner of the screen. The alternate skin with question marks is available, as is the two default IPB skins. We may add more later.

I like the new layout of this site very much.
It looks very "friendly" to me.
And i think the intension of all our work is still the same.
