Ok I have hidden it now, but is there a reason for me to do so, other than myself deleting them?

Ok and again thanks alot for your help..
I have checked HJT and currently no reappearing of the ones you asked me to remove...
there is only one little issue I am having. Not sure if you can help me with it, but if you recognize the problem I hope you can.. many times a day the windows stop responding (as in both on the menu and on screen) I have to alt + tab once to get it back.
I don't know what it is, but it's qutie annoying.

That could be a number of things: Memory, programs, too many windows open, your internet connect (ISP),
external modem / router, etc.
You can try this and post the results there.:
