Let’s do this a bit at a time.
Uninstall the following program, if present:
Vongo
To remove it:
- click on Start, Settings, Control Panel
- double-click Add or Remove Programs (it may take time for the list to appear, so be patient)
- scroll down the list and look for Vongo:
- ifit is present, click on it and then on Remove.
=============================================
Run OTL
- double click on the icon to run it.
- copy/paste ALL the following text written inside the code box into the Custom Scans/Fixes box located at the bottom of OTL
:Services :OTL FF - prefs.js..browser.search.defaultenginename: "iMesh Web Search" FF - prefs.js..browser.search.order.1: "iMesh Web Search" :Files ipconfig /release /c ipconfig /renew /c ipconfig /flushdns /c Commands [purity] [emptytemp] [resethosts] [Reboot]
- Then click the Run Fix button at the top
- Let the program run unhindered, reboot when it is done
- Then post a new OTL log (don't check the boxes beside LOP Check or Purity this time)

I asked for a check before that we didn't do so lets try and run it now with a basic OTL scan.
Run OTL
- open OTL again and click the Quick Scan button (don't check the boxes beside LOP Check or Purity this time)
- post the OTL.txt log it produces in your next reply.
Run aswMBR
- download aswMBR.exe to your desktop.
- double click the aswMBR.exe to run it
- if asked, accept the AVAST virus definition download
- click the "Scan" button to start scan
- on completion of the scan click Save log, save it to your desktop and post in your next reply
OTL.txt
aswMBR log
If for some strange reason OTL won't run, please run the aswMBR scan and post the log
Thanks
