Hi

There doesn't seem to be a problem in that area.

Open Windows Explorer (right click your start button and click explore)

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer

Locate iexplore.exe and see if internet explorer will open.

Hi Ultilee Stupid,

Thanks for your patience. I've had others look at your problem and no one seems to be able to come up with a sure fire fix. We can try one of the Windows FixIt tools and see if it helps.

Go HERE Cick the Run now buton on the right side of the screen and follow the prompts.

If we can't find what the problem is, creating a new account and transferring your data to it may be your best option

Let me know how you make out.

Hi Ultilee Stupid,

That may be the best solution. Let's continue.

AV: AntiVir Desktop *Disabled/Outdated* {090F9C29-64CE-6C6F-379C-5901B49A85B7}
AV: COMODO Antivirus *Enabled/Updated* {A7500527-8708-6548-7035-7F679C5FCEA5}
FW: COMODO Firewall *Enabled* {9F6B8402-CD67-6410-5B6A-D652628C89DE}
SP: AntiVir Desktop *Disabled/Outdated* {B26E7DCD-42F4-63E1-0D2C-6273CF1DCF0A}
SP: COMODO Defense+ *Enabled/Updated* {1C31E4C3-A132-6AC6-4A85-4415E7D88418}
SP: Windows Defender *Enabled/Updated* {D68DDC3A-831F-4fae-9E44-DA132C1ACF46}

You are currently running multiple antivirus programs. This will not give more protection as the programs will conflict. Please uninstall one of thm. It looks like Antivir is out of date.

Let me know how you make out and if you have any remaining issues.

Thanks
