I think your good to go. Your log looks good and both Ewido and Spysweeper are not showing anything that could be hidden. One or both those programs are good about finding a rootkit infection if one is present and both logs showed nothing about them.
Boot up and post one last HJT log and lets make sure that nothing is coming back.

Looks good. so far with only firefox running, no new problems. I admit I am scared to launch IE but I'll try if you think the log below looks ok. thanks
