Set your system to show all files; see here if you're unsure how to do this.

Here are the directions for creating a zip file For Windows XP:
Using Windows Explorer, locate the first file you want to zip.
Or click start/ my computer/ local disk then follow the path .
Right click on the file and select Send To and Compressed (zipped) Folder.
I would like to see a copy of:

C:\WINNT\system32\dmrnz.exe

Zip the file and upload it here or send it here

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.sub.../Fixwareout.exe
http://swandog46.gee.../Fixwareout.exe
Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
When your system reboots, follow the prompts. Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan,
and check the following items(if there):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmrnz.exe] C:\WINNT\system32\dmrnz.exe
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{29EE2DDC-36EC-429E-B033-AAC52F5D862F}: NameServer = 85.255.113.91 85.255.112.180
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\..\{29EE2DDC-36EC-429E-B033-AAC52F5D862F}: NameServer = 85.255.113.91 85.255.112.180
O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\..\{29EE2DDC-36EC-429E-B033-AAC52F5D862F}: NameServer = 85.255.113.91 85.255.112.180

If you see an entry as well in your O4 lines in hijackthis, starting with dm... for example:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dm***.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dm***.exe (the *** stand for random letters)
or starting with hg... for example:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [hg***.exe] C:\Windows\System32\hg***.exe
Check it as well. If not sure, leave it and only check the ones I asked you to check

Click Fix Checked. Close HijackThis, and click OK to proceed.

Finally, please post the contents of report.txt (it should open), along with a new HijackThis log.

Do a search on your computer if you find the file DMRNZ.EXE right click and check the properties and see who wrote it and when it was created. Here is the file path
