I downloaded the run32dll file and unzipped it into the dllcache and the system32 folders. It hasnt changed anything. Is there anything else that I need to do? If not, is there anything else I can try?

Launch Notepad, and copy/paste the box below into a new text file. Save it as FindFile.bat and save it on your Desktop.

dir C:\rundll32.* /a h /s > files.txt
start notepad files.txt

Then run this tool from Symantec.

After which locate FindFile.bat on your Desktop and double-click on it. It will open Notepad with some text in it. Please post the text here.

I've done everything up to the Symantec software link. I tried installing it and it gave me the following message "C:\WINDOWS\system32\grpconv.exe is not a valid Win32 application."
