Download Pocket Killbox version 2.0.0.175
http://www.atribune....ads/KillBox.exe
If you already have Killbox first ensure it is this version !.

Then double-click on the killbox.exe program.

Start Killbox and click on Tools->Delete Temp Files.
Then select the option labeled Delete on reboot.

Do not close killbox, and open notepad, by clicking on Start, then Run, and typing notepad.exe and pressing the OK button.

When notepad is open, copy and paste the following bolded text into the notepad screen. You do this by highlighting each of the below bolded filenames and then pressing Control-C on your keyboard. Then click on the open notepad windows and press Control-V to paste the contents into the notepad.

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\fcywx.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nnnop.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\j0l4la3q1d.dll

Return to Killbox, go to the File menu and select Paste from Clipboard.

Still in Killbox, click the red-and-white Delete File button. Click Yes at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click No at the Pending Operations prompt.

If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually

It rebooted my computer before I could get any log information. Should I re-run after it starts back up?

Now lets try this again.

Next, launch Notepad (Start>All Programs>Accessories), and copy/paste all the blue REGEDIT below to it
Save in: Desktop
File Name: fixme.reg
Save as Type: All files
Click: Save

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\fcywx.dll]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\nnnop.dll]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\d8j00i1me8.dll]

On the desktop, doubleclick fix.reg and allow it to run. Let it merge.

Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on these:

O2 - BHO: ATLDistrib Object - {93C6313C-9DB4-4694-8BD0-E378C573A9AD} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\nnnop.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {EA32FB3B-21C9-42cc-B8EF-01A9B28EDB0D} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\fcywx.dll

O20 - Winlogon Notify: nnnop - C:\WINDOWS\system32\nnnop.dll

Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Delete these Files if listed:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\fcywx.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\k4pm0e71eh.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nnnop.dll

Lets run this fix again. No need to download it again.

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.
  • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
  • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
  • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
  • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
  • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
  • When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
  • Turn your computer back on.
  • Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

Looks like TeaTimer is stopping our fix:

So please disable TeaTimer by doing the following:
1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
You can reenable TeaTimer once your system is clean.

Be sure that all windows are closed. Click on START-> RUN. Copy paste the following as it is and click OK.

regsvr32.exe /U nnnop.dll

You should get a message that it has been uninstalled succesfully.

Do the same for these
regsvr32.exe /U fcywx.dll

regsvr32.exe /U k0nola531d.dll

Then be sure that all windows are still closed.

O20 - Winlogon Notify: fcywx - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\fcywx.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: nnnop - C:\WINDOWS\system32\nnnop.dll

Put a check mark on these entries.Hit FIX CHEKED button.

Delete Files:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\fcywx.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nnnop.dll
