Seems you can't reach the internet at all. Let's see what we can find.
Click your Start button and right click My Computer
- Click properties
- Click on the Hardware tab
- click Device Manager
- Click the + sign beside Network Adapters
When you opened device manager, did you see any yellow exclaimation marks?
Is it possible to bypass the router and try connecting that way?

We'll on getting a wired connection working first.
Click your start button > Control Panel > Network Connections
Under Lan and High-Speed you should see your connection. Please right click on it and click repair.
You will either recieve a success message or a failed message with a reason the repair failed. If it failed let us know the contents of the message.
Thanks

Before we start fixing things that may not be broken let's see if there is the possibility of remnants of a firewall causing the problem.
Try booting the computer to Safe Mode with Networking by doing the following :
- Restart your computer
- After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
- Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
- Select the option, to run Windows in Safe Mode With Networking, then press "Enter".
- Choose your usual account.
