You are certainly part of the "gang" now here at WTT... It's a general rule of thumb - if a thread isn't taken "off-topic" (i.e. banter takes the original topic off-track), then it dies pretty quickly and gets boring.

Fixed now, this is actually what I am running. I gave Ubuntu the boot a long time ago!

Looks like you have started your Malware Removal proceedures with Essexboy, that is a vital step to having a computer running much smoother.

Good luck with your tech side of things, there is so much to be learned at WhattheTech, simply by ready threw other threads and watching how the Tech team deals with different problems.

Ubuntu is pretty cool... but it's just such a waste of time trying to get stuff to work (like drivers) Happy birthday :D And if Essexboy is helping you, then you seriously have one of the masters of the game giving you instruction. Heed wisely. :thumbup:
