Most likely your IE and other software is outdated.

I note you only have SP2 and Belarc showed many missing updates.

You can rectify this by going to Windows Update from START and take all EXPRESS updates. This will include SP3.

Afterwards you might also need to update your Java version:

As to the graphics card I did locate the motherboard that Belarc ID'd and it is an AGP 4x.

Here is a list of AGP 4x cards at Newegg for under $50 USD that will run WOW.

ok now Im going to the start and when i click on it it takes me to the google search engine wtf?! My computer sucks im sorry to keep asking for help but idk what to do lol.

Well my last section in post #21 is about the card you would need to play WOW. As to the Windows issues you should start a new thread in the Windows section and they will be able to help you further.
