You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove and uninstall the following.

UnSpyPC

Please download FixWareout from:
http://swandog46.gee.../Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

When your system reboots, follow the prompts. Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan, and check the following items:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {31898C77-964D-B5F7-D4EE-6A9BF809E42F} - corrida.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [xxtoolbar] hyandex.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NopeZ] sound64.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [hgqhp.exe] G:\WINDOWS\system32\hgqhp.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [UnSpyPC] "G:\Program Files\UnSpyPC\UnSpyPC.exe"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [forces_elite] msag.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ssweeper] uio.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Testimonials] barint.exe
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{5C97C805-01F4-4D85-B830-2A1B6592B973}: NameServer = 85.255.116.133,85.255.112.186
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{AFD10055-CA67-4F6D-AEBA-FC084A4C83B6}: NameServer = 85.255.116.133,85.255.112.186
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{E181119F-6555-4E99-8C56-49DAD4BF2AFE}: NameServer = 85.255.116.133,85.255.112.186

Click FIX CHECKED. Close HijackThis, and click OK to proceed.

At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.

Delete the folders. (if present)

G:\Program Files\UnSpyPC

Delete the files. (if present)

These files might either be found in G:\ G:\Windows or G:\Windows\System32 if found delete.

hyandex.exe
sound64.exe
msag.exe
uio.exe
barint.exe

Finally, please post the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt, along with a new HijackThis log into this topic.

1. Make sure your PC is set to show all hidden files and folders go here for instructions on how to do this. http://pchowtos.co.u...tion=view&id=34

2. Boot into safemode to do this keep tapping F8 on your keyboard while your PC is starting up you will get a menu select safemode.

3. While in safemode open Hijackthis and click scan. Then tick and fix the following in Hijackthis with all windows closed except Hijackthis.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmqnb.exe] G:\WINDOWS\system32\dmqnb.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmpkx.exe] G:\WINDOWS\system32\dmpkx.exe

4. Delete the files. (if present)

G:\WINDOWS\system32\dmqnb.exe
G:\WINDOWS\system32\dmpkx.exe
G:\WINDOWS\system32\hgqhp.exe

5. Reboot and post a new Hijackthis log here in a reply. Also do you have the log the wareout fix made?

Yo man,

Followed your steps and deleted:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmqnb.exe] G:\WINDOWS\system32\dmqnb.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmpkx.exe] G:\WINDOWS\system32\dmpkx.exe

and the only one i found in g:windows:system32 was dmpkx.exe

G:\WINDOWS\system32\dmqnb.exe
G:\WINDOWS\system32\dmpkx.exe
G:\WINDOWS\system32\hgqhp.exe

While in safe mode, i noticed the howiper file in sys\32...this might sound like a stupid question but do we need to remove these files in a certain order - or should i have deleted that there and then? (sorry about this)

Here are my new log files:
==

2) hijackthis log

Nearly there just a few left overs to deal with. 1. Open Hijackthis and click scan. Then tick and fix the following in Hijackthis with all windows closed except Hijackthis. R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName = R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing 2. Delete the files. (if present) G:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CSGHA.EXE G:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMBXW.EXE G:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMDBG.EXE 3. Go to start > run type cmd click ok Type in ipconfig /flushdns press enter 4. Then post a new Hijackthis log here in a reply.
