Since the most common use of "scraper" utility is to acquire web-content that doesn't belong to the user, and because the purpose of using such utilities is often for promoting duplicated site traffic.... I am a bit skeptical about your question. You should be very careful with copyright violations when doing something like this. There are cetainly times when something like this is warranted when it doesn't involve breaking the law. Without directly assisting you with your endeavor I can tell you that there is plenty of information available on-line to do what you are trying to do, without help from us. There are web crawlers available for making off-line mirrors of websites, and Microsoft's Visual Studio offers everything you need to create programs that can directly interact with a website through a web browser object. All of this is available to the public, and you may do with it what you want. Its all on-line, you just have to look.
