[Closed] Desktop background picture/display Disabled

Hello

Please can you help me resolve my laptop background display picture has been disabled and for some reasons all my pictures in my computer have gone blank l cant even access any picture.I have tried to use another as background picture but it wont allow me l dont know whether my laptop has been affected by a virus.
