[Closed] Win32.Zafi B infection help

My system has been infected with the Win32.Zafi B worm virus and try as I may I cannot seem to remove it. I am unable to access the internet from the infected system. The infected system is O/S Windows XP. I have ran Webroot Spysweeper multiple times in an attempt to remove this virus but it persist after rebooting the system. I was running the PC on selective startup but it is now starting up on Diagnostic startup and the virus will not allow me to run msconfig. Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome jrc-85 Apologies for the late reply. As you can appreciate the boards are quite busy. If you still require help with your computer problem could you let me know the following: Do you have access to a flashdrive / usb stick etc. If so we'll use it to transfer tools from a clean computer with Internet connection to the infected computer.
