Cant find Vurtumondo

Hi, I ran Spyware doctor and it found a trojan called Vurtumondo. So I cleaned it up but it did not delete so I started to research more about it and found that I should run VundoFix. I ran it and it did not find anything wrong, but I still get pop ups about anti-virus programs and such.
