Apparently I have a ton of unnecessary programs running and way too many tool bars…..may that is why I am getting so many program with errors and some who will not even install can some body help?

Let's start by uninstalling some programs.

Click on start, then control panel. Click on Programs and Features, then uninstall all of these that are present:
DAP
AusLogics BoostSpeed
Uniblue RegistryBooster
AskSBar
Mywebsearch toolbar

Next, click on the Computer icon, then click on your C: drive. Click on Programs and Files, find and delete these folders:
C:\Program Files\DAP
C:\Program Files\Auslogics or AusLogics BoostSpeed
C:\Program Files\Uniblue
C:\Program Files\AskSBar

Now, in the "start search" box, type cleanmgr. Click on the little icon and clean all temporary files.

Restart your computer, rescan with HJT again and post the new log

Hello Me AGAIN…
well did what you ask ..but some problem
1)DAP => could not delete the files in "C\Programfiles.." needed permisssion even I am the administrator..nobodyelse use this pc ..only ..only one user..
2) could not find "myweb search bar " in add and remove program..
the rest went ok

got DAP file from C drive deleted…copied it to desk top ..deleted this one and then went back to C drive and deleted the files…cool yes….little by myself!!!!!!!!!!!!

You don't need all those tool bars….do you use all of these? We can stop them from starting (you can start programs that you need and use manually) These are using unnecessary system resources.

well some bad news … -1) best tip toolbar was uninstalled successfully 2) tried to uninstall Microsoft search enhancement through "microsoft Install clean up " as I could not find the program….got this message .."run-time error 5…invalid procedure call or argument.." 3) as for the rest I do not know where they are to uninstall them!!!!!!!! 4) I ran "add/remove program " and uniblue Register Booster is nowhere to be found not even in C\Program file… you can cleam as much as you want I am ready to do it …….once I can get my PC working normally with my favorite air conflict game ..I am ok with it thanks ps will answer tomorrow as now it is 23.40 here in ireland and I am a bit tired ..very busy at work today with christmas shoppers…work as a chef ..so you can imagine the rush for us ….talk to you tomorrow and see what answer you have for me thanks again

Upon wake-up ….disable these programs they will try to interfere with what we are doing.
(you can re-enable one later)

Scroll down to "Realtime Protection Settings" and uncheck

SpywareSweeper
Right click on the SpySweeper icon in your System Tray (near the clock).
From the pop up menu, left click on Shields, this will open the program at

Under the Internet Explorer Tab, uncheck all boxes (if already checked).
Under the Windows System Tab, uncheck the following shields (if already

Download SUPERAntiSpyware Home Edition (free version)

Install it and double-click the icon on your desktop to run it.
It will ask if you want to update the program definitions, click Yes.

    Make sure everything in the white box has a check next to it, then click
    Next.
    It will quarantine what it found and if it asks if you want to reboot, click
    Yes.

    To retrieve the removal information, please do the following:
  • After reboot, double-click the SUPERAntispyware icon on your
    desktop.
    Click Preferences. Click the Statistics/Logs tab.
  • Under Scanner Logs, double-click SUPERAntiSpyware Scan
    Log    .
    It will open in your default text editor (such as Notepad/Wordpad).
  • Highlight everything in the notepad, then right-click and choose copy.
    Click close and close again to exit the program.

    Please copy and paste that information here with a new HijackThis log.

Click on your control panel, then Programs and Features. Look for MyWebSearch and uninstall it.

Next, using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\ Program Files and
C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch <— Delete this folder
C:\Program Files\FunWebProducts <— Delete this folder



Empty your recycle bin.

Rescan with SuperAntispyware again, and have it remove everything it finds.

Next, please post the log from SuperAntispyware and a new HJT log.

Hi Jacee, I tried to find mywebsearch in add/remove program and it is not there ..for looking it with Windows Explorer in C: |Program Files….How do you do this? thanks for the answer suppose better find this before going to next step… by the way i also started to uninstall program I do not use ..is that ok?

I need to know what programs you want to uninstall, please. Don't do anything before I ask you to. To get to C:\ Program files….. Click start, click on Computer, click on C: drive. (Local disk C:) You should see a folder that says "Program Files". Click on it to open it.

Yes, you can uninstall both of those. You will have to go into your C:\Program Files (How to instructions above) and delete their folders too!

Disable Windows Defender and Spyware Sweeper, once again, then….

Rescan with HJT, check these items:

O3 - Toolbar: MSN Toolbar - {1E61ED7C-7CB8-49d6-B9E9-AB4C880C8414} - (no file)

* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. Copy and Paste that log into your next reply along with a new HJT log.

Hello Jacee ,once again thank you for your answer and would not say enough.. at the monent the scan is taking place and as I am waiting I am forwarding to you a picture i took with the snip tool to show the massage I get when I want to install preogram or as tha last shows if i want to run my "air conflict " game …. as soon as the scan is ove will do the HJT one and post it back here thanks again..hope you do not have to work ove rchristmas and will be able to enjoy the festive season..not like me ..only christmas day off back at the front of the cooker on the 26…. talk to you soon sorry try to upload a copy of the file but it will not accept it how could i sent you the picture of the message i copied with the snip tool..they might be able to help you resove my long issue
