It seems that many people are having trouble with the fake Security Center after they uninstall SpywareGuard… I have read many topics on many sites, and they all say download different virus scans to fix the problem…its actually very simple…and its common sence. Run a search for winscenter.exe one or two things should come up, one of them is an application, and it says its in your system32 folder ctrl+alt+delete go to processes and sort by name find winscenter.exe and hit end process then go back to your search, right click and delete the file empty your recycling bin problem solved, does not come back on restart no fancy virus scans needed, or pointless hours of wasted time all it takes is some common sence and about 3 minutes :) hope i helped
