My laptop constantly crashes when using Windows Media Player 11, Firefox and viewing images ( these are the programs i've noticed and use most frequently.) I should probably mention that the battery is nearly dead and to use the laptop it has to be plugged in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you all!
