my computer is slowl

My pc is slow.When i m click right for property on my moose is very long to happen. i m cleanning my computer with lavasoft ad ware and he have always a cookie and tracker not removed. i m cleanning with malwarebyte and no malware. i m cleanning with spybot its ok. now i m send you my hyjackthis!! please help me !!!

my problem is ok. im cleanning my registry with erunt and the problem is resulved.
