[Resolved] The files in my tax program will not open.

Just today, the files in my tax program will not open and it causes Windows XP to close the program down.

Here is the log. Any help is appreciated.

I don’t see anything bad in your log, are you having any other problems other then trying to us your tax program? It sounds like something is not right with that particular program. I would try cleaning out you junk, temp files, etc..ect.. to see if that frees up any resources to help open the program.

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
This program is for XP and Windows 2000 onlyDouble-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browserClick Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
If you use Opera browserClick Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

If that doesn’t help you may need to uninstall and then reinstall the program.

I reinstalled the program and everything seems to be working ok now. It may have been something that corrupted the program only. Thanks for your help. Neil
