[Resolved] Hijack This Log, Please Help

• Click START then RUN
• Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.

This uninstalled combofix, although at first I believe that combox fix did nothing as it stayed stuck at the first screen. Is this it? Am I free of Spyware, Malware and Viruses?
