[Resolved] Hijack This Question

Hey, Spike back again. I just had a quick question on this hijack this log that I have done recently. I'm not having any problems with my computer as everything is running smoothly. My ZoneAlarm firewall and Avira Antivir are both up to date and have been working great. A couple days ago, I noticed that my anti virus had blocked a malicious program from being run, which was quarantined. I still have the quarantine present on my computer if that needs to be seen. However, after running a hijack this scan just to make sure everything was clean, there was one extra item I noticed that didn't come up before. I'll have it bolded in the log. My question is this: should I have Hijack This fix it? I have my most recent hijack this log as well as my most recent avira virus scan.
