hi, log looks ok as far as i can tell. you should rely on your antivirus and anti-malware first. a hjt log just displays some malware and a few possible malware start up locations. Some malware may not show any signs in a hjt log. if you use this p2p client (bittorrent) then you are more likely to encounter malicious code via a file downloaded from the network. Iam not talking about the content delivery aspect of the client. Is your AV/anti-malware coming up clean after a scan? iam not familiar with this: AusLogics BoostSpeed but anything with "boostspeed, optimize, speed up" etc in the title i would be suspicious of its claims.
ok. some info for you: My Top Ten List to Avoiding Malware The Short Version: 1) Keep your OS, (Windows) browser (IE, FireFox) and other software up to date to "patch" possible vulnerabilities that could be exploited. 2) Know what you are installing to your computer. Alot of software can come bundled with unwanted add-ons. Read the EULA before it installs. 3) Install and keep them all updated: one antivirus and two or three anti-malware applications. If not updated they will soon be worthless. 4) Refrain from clicking on links or installing files you receive via E-Mail, IM, Chat Rooms or Social Sites, no matter how tempting or legitimate the message may seem. Are you sure of the source that sent them? 5) Don't click on ads/pop ups or offers from websites requesting that you install software to your computer. 6) Don't click on offers to "scan" your computer. 7) Set up and use limited accounts for everyday use, rather than administrator accounts. 8) Install and understand the limitations of a third party software firewall. 9) Consider using an alternate browser and E-mail client. 10) If your habits include visiting or downloading/installing files from: warez, crack sites or p2p (file sharing) networks: then you are much more likely to encounter malicious code. Do you trust the source? longer version in link below happy safe surfing out there
