[Closed] I have several trojan infected files on my computer

i have several trojan infected files on my computer and trend micro won't remove them so i need help removing them manually. The files are Trojan.Win32.Monderb Trojan.Win32.Agent.uvi Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Small Trojan.Win32.Monder Trojan-Clicker.Win32.Agent all of the files such as Trojan.Win32.Agent have many different varients such as .uvi; .agft;.aqzn some of the files are located in the trend micro suspect file (does this mean they are cleaned?) but a majority of them aren't. As of now there are 34 threat names with 85 infected objects. HELP ME
