Please Help (Slow Computer) CCSVCHST, Also get ccSvcHst upon windows restart or shut off

Would you expand on the above - the clearer you are, the easier this becomes.

Well , whenever I close down windows XPI get a box that is titled ccSvcHst. I have to always select the end now prompt in order for windows to close, sometimes more than once. I also get multiple windows that expand whenever I click on an web page or email link. Overall, the pc appears to be running very sluggish and slow. Thanks for the help

This is a component of your Symantec/.Norton security program. It's not uncommon to see it and you've found the easiest way to deal with it already -

Again, you need to expand on the above. Please remember that I cannot see your monitor and am dependant on you for what can be seen. What are the windows, what do the display, do they have any titles that would indicate their origin?
