Another person with a slow computer

HI! Please help, our commputer has slowed down TREMENDOUSLY within the past month, and we just figured out that we have a virus. When we shut down the computer, it says it is still running a few programs–DNSAgnt, SDFiles, and Adobe Acrobat. However when you look at the task manager (prior to shutting down) it says there is nothing running. Plus certain photo editing programs say there is not enough memory, but we show plenty when looking….Here is the Hijack this log. I would appreciate any and all help. Thanks so much for the help!

One more thing I forgot…It also says it is running ccSVCHost sometimes when shutting down…Do we have malware? Thanks for looking and your help!
