Hi,

For the last few days my computer has slowed down considerably after 30-45 minutes, finally locking up totally. Before posting here I ran AVG Virus scan (nothing found), and Spybot (which cleared out some cookies) and Ccleaner which cleared other stuff. I also ran Advanced Windows Care.

Then I read your instructions and used ERUNT to back up the registry, AFT cleaner which got a few things Ccleaner missed, and Malwarebytes (log below). As a side note I had to restart the computer to get it to install Malwarebytes and it still took over 30 min.

I feel like I have too much running in the background but I'm not sure what is safe to turn off. Also not sure how to turn some things off.
