What do you mean by hidden? Is the top of the window cut off by the top of the screen?

Alright I figured out your problem with the task manager. Just double click on the tan area, around the border, and you'll be able to see the tabs, then complete my instructions in post #42.

Ok, you retried the download though right? Also, make sure you reboot after that so that all your security features come back on. You will have to enable the Windows Fire wall again yourself.

Also, do you know if you have Windows Defender?

Here's another link to the add-on, try it and if you get the same 203 error (or if you get a different one), go to Tools > Error Console in FireFox and tell me everything the Console displays about the error you had.

Well I'm afraid that's about all I can find at the moment. The last thing I did is join this forum and post in the help topic for this add-on.

I'm still waiting for a response.

Unfortunately I still have not found more information but I meant to suggest that depending on how much you want access to Blockbuster movies online, you can go to the below link and get IE 7 and see if it works through that.

You can still stick with FF however for normal web browsing, it's absolutely fine to have both browser on your computer too, and in cases like this it can come in handy.
