I am a 56 year old woman who is technologically challenged. I'm open to learning. IT took me an entire day ( took me a while to find the taskmaster) to try to rid my computer of antivirus 2009. not so sure I have gotten every thing but at leat the constant shuttting down of the computer. It is a comfort to know that I an not at someone else's disgression

If you need specific help and detailed advice on cleaning your particular machine (step by step) then you will need to follow the directions and post an HiJackThis log in the malware removal forum, (Not here please) and an expert malware fighter will analyse your logs and advise you what to do.
