as a user of ladbrookes betting shop and there poker site i noticed a worrying trend in ppl asking why at ladbrookes do they never seem to win(on the poker site),a lot of ppl play and get nowhere in terms of actually winning something,they win some but also lose some so no big deal there i hear u say,well,it got me thinking that if ppl did'nt win but just broke even then there was only 1 winner which is ladbrookes as they charge 20 pence 4 a 2 pound game and 40 pence 4 a 4 pound game and so on and so on…now here's the thing…do ladbrookes have a way of regulating ther win percentage,who does it,who oversees it,how is it regulated,questions and more questions kept popping up so i thought i would give the ladbrookes help line a ring to c if they could help me in the questions i had,to say i was dissapointed is an understatement,the person who answered was nice and bright right up untill i asked my first question and then seemed to turn into a drone,he was unpolite,sheepish even and i think i knew more than him,he asked ppl if they new without even putting me on mute,they did'nt know who were the people who were keeping check on the bet calculator that determines the odds of what cards come out,i asked to be put through to some1 who could to be told that there was no1 there who knew!!!!!…the term left hand does'nt know what the right is doing comes to mind…and these deal with my money!!!.
so after my insightful chat i thought i would check it out myself online and u know what….i could'nt find a thing about it…please can some1 or even a ladbrookes representitive tell me what goes on behind the scenes as there seems to be a cloak draped around ladbrookes that has me worried as to what goes on…i really think somethings not right and ppl need to b held accountable for not having the answers to questions that us as paying customers need to know…..enlighten me some1 please…thx all in advance 4 your replies
