antivirus XP 2008 VIRUS

Hello, I have a Virus again, i have been here before and thank you to the person that helped me before get rid of my past virus a number of months back, i now have anthoer one.

i got it from a codec take i was told i should down load to play music, i did find a web site to help me get rid of it but i trust you guys more theni trust that site, so if you could help me

The computer seems to be running like normal no more pop ups from the windows fire wall though in saying that when i had the thing, its changed mt wallpaper, it still hasn't changed back don't know if i have to do it my self again or the thing hasn't gone completely .
