[Closed] HELP! VIRUS ALERT in TASKBAR TIMESTAMP

I was just infected with a serious virus that doesnt allow me to go to start-all programs on my username. It also wont allow me to ctrl-alt-delete. I have never had a virus like this so I would appreciate walkthrough help. I also get a fake, i assume windows security alert that says "somebody is trying to infect your PC with spyware or harmful viruses. Run full system scanand click here to download spyware remover. Also when i am typing the window will go idle.. not minimized or maximized just that I have to click on the window to type again. If it makes sense it is really annoying. Please somebody help I noticed someone with this problem and ironically the same thread was closed this very day. I would much appreciate the help if you could. Im all ears.

please note it is not that my computer is absolutely useless i just find i have to go through a program like winamp or itunes to get to the my computer section. I also encountered a blinking red cross that disappears and reappears at the taskbar but I am too afraid to dare and x it off and cause more chaos.

this was the original thread that I read today that has my very problem but it was closed because of inactivity so i want to start off fresh.

Also my page refreshes about every 5min saying the internet encountered a problem with the web address

ultimate cleaner 2007 is my new internet homepage that says it is searching for pornographic material, but the data found it says "EVidence of porn found" changes everytime and there is a fake scan
