[Closed] AntivirXP08

Hello, Could someone please help me get rid of a virus on my computer? The antivirXP08 program installed on my computer, and now I can't get rid of it. It also turned my wallpaper all blue with a box that says, " Warning! Spyware detected on your Computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer." I tried to do a system restore but it won't let me. Can someone please help! Thank you in advance. Nick
