I used AVG and Spybot to remove. Spybot removed the spyware the virus created and AVG detected the file as a virus but is unable to properly remove.

this file is the problem, i used hijackthis to remove the file but was unsuccessful.
I then used Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and it removed various malware created by the virus and was able to remove everything but catsrvu.dll

I went on to use combofix using specific removal script as well as avenger and both failed to remove the file.

From what I've read this virus is more commonly known as catsrvt.dll but this computer appears to be infected by it's variant. I tried using all the tools in safemode as well as normal mode and still is unable to remove the file.
Desperately need some suggestions thank you!
