[Closed] Newbie With A Trojan Horse Problem

I am at my wits end trying to get this off of my computer. I have continued Malware warnings, my internet sites keep gtting hijacked to investment sites and a screensaver with roaches eating the screen keep showing up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is my Hijack This Log. Thank you!

Sorry, I also neglected to mention that I can't even get to Task Manager because it says that it was disabled by aministrator. I haven't a clue how to solve that either. Thank you.
