Need some help please. Would somebody please take a look at my HJT log below. I am looking to see how I can optimize my system and solve a problem.

The problem is upon startup with an error with something called "USS". Every time I boot up a pop up comes up asking if I want to send an error report to Microsoft because of a problem with uss.exe modname: amplugin.dll. I cannot fix it.
