Done! Many thanks to you LE. Do I remove all the downloaded stuff (ATF, ComboFix, etc.) on my destop or keep it? Also, I've been using AVG Free as my spyware and antivrus software. Do you recommend another program (malwarebytes), or some other form of maintenance? Also, how do I mark this as a resolved issue? Or do you do that?

Sorry missed your reply.

Download the OTMoveIt.
  • Save it to your desktop.
  • Please double-click OTMoveIt.exe to run it.
Press cleanup & it will search for and delete/uninstall all the tools we have used
to fix your problems and all their backup folders and then delete itself when you next reboot.

You can keep ATF to clean out your temp files.

AVG anti-malware can go it stops the free version soon.

Here is a list of programs that may help.
