Here's my log and startup list.

I use my PC to play World of Warcraft, Call of Duty 4 and use Microsoft Office.

I'd like to know if there's anything I don't need or if there's some virus related carp** in there. =P

If possible, I'd like to know what every individual thing is, that'd be awesome. Like to learn some of this for future reference! <3

Thank you!

a hjt log isnt a crystal ball. you should never rely on it without using free up dated or commercial anti-malware/antivirus software. it may show malware, it may not.
i dont see a resident antivirus or anti-malware app in your log?

hjt info:
http://www.malwarehelp.org/understanding-a…eting-hjt1.html

if there's anything I don't need

start in add/remove programs panel

Yeah I have ZoneAlarm free firewall and all the free AVG stuff.

Run it all once a week, I was just hoping someone could take a closer look at the log because I don't know what half the stuff is and if there's anything I don't need, if there's anything that could possibly be slowing down my computer.

EDIT: I turn off my stuff after I run my scans so that's why it's not in the log.

Ty tho'. =D
as far as malware goes, log looks ok, do you have any signs of malware? follow link below to see some. looks like you have some startup items disabled in msconfig. if you have a lot of icons by the clock, click on them and see if there are options not to start with windows. of course leave your AV and FW alone.
