Download Dr.Web CureIt to the desktop:
ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe
Doubleclick the drweb-cureit.exe file and Allow to run the express scan
This will scan the files currently running in memory and when something is found, click the yes button when it asks you if you want to cure it. This is only a short scan.
Once the short scan has finished, mark the drives that you want to scan.
Select all drives. A red dot shows which drives have been chosen.
Click the green arrow at the right, and the scan will start.
Click 'Yes to all' if it asks if you want to cure/move the file.
When the scan has finished, look if you can click next icon next to the files found: [external image: Posted Image]
If so, click it and then click the next icon right below and select Move incurable as you'll see in next image: [external image: Posted Image]
This will move it to the %userprofile%\DoctorWeb\quarantaine-folder if it can't be cured. (this in case if we need samples)
After selecting, in the Dr.Web CureIt menu on top, click file and choose save report list
Save the report to your desktop. The report will be called DrWeb.csv
Close Dr.Web Cureit.
Reboot your computer!! Because it could be possible that files in use will be moved/deleted during reboot.
After reboot, post the contents of the log from Dr.Web you saved previously in your next reply.
Do a virus scan with Trend Micro (This should work in Firefox).
Click on Scan now it's free
A new page will open. Start Scan.
Place a check in the box Yes, I accept the Terms of Use and then press Launch House Call.
Be patient, it's going to take a while. Let it clean all infection found.
If you get report of files that can't be cleaned/deleted please write down the filenames and locations and post that in your reply, along with a new HijackThis log.

two infections
but when I click "clean now" nothing happened.
It looks like you have very recently been infected by a few Backdoor Trojans.
This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files
Its very possible that anything could have been installed on your computer by the remote attacker, including opening other backdoors and installing rootkits. While we can attempt to clean what we see in your logs, we cannot guarantee that your computer will be completely in the clear since we have no way of knowing that has been done to the computer. Your computer could be completely compromised at this moment. It may be prudent to backup your information, reformat, and reinstall.
More information on Remote Access Trojans can be found here.
I suggest you do the following immediately:
Call all of your banks, credit card companies, financial institutions and inform them that you may be a victim of identity theft and to put a watch on your accounts or change all your account numbers.
From a clean computer, change *all* your online passwords – for email, for banks, financial accounts, PayPal, eBay, online companies, any online forums or groups you belong to.
DO NOT change passwords or do any transactions while using the infected computer because the attacker will get the new passwords and transaction information.
If, however, you decide that the computer is not used for any sensitive work, or if you do not wish to reformat at this time, I can help you clean your computer to the best of my abilities. I must remind you that i cannot guarantee that your computer will be completely clean afterwards since we have no way of knowing what has been done to it.
To help you make your decision, here are a few related articles that i suggest you read:
Make sure you have Anti-Virus and Firewall software ready to install on your fresh system.
Before I let you go, I'd would just like to mention one of two things.
There is evidence in your logs that have been using Illegal/Cracked software. This can be a huge cause of malware these days (not to mention being illegal). It is for this reason that should you become infected again, and it is found that you have evidence of illegal/cracked software on your computer again, we will not help you again, as you have received this warning. See the note for more information.
If you come across any troubles installing your new copy of Windows, or any other issues that don't appear to be malware, remember that we have Tech Helpers dedicated to helping you. Feel free to post in one of our non-malware related forums for advice and solutions to any problems you may be experiencing.
Finally, I would just like to offer some advice on preventing malware, as we always do when a topic here comes to a close.
Here are some important things to bear in mind when setting up and using your computer:
Keeping your Windows up-to-date is crucial to your computer's security. Please go to the Windows Update Site (using Internet Explorer) and download and install all critical updates on a regular basis.
Use Mozilla Firefox or Opera as your internet browser.
These are more secure than Internet Explorer and can be downloaded for free from here: Download Mozilla FireFox Download Opera
Make sure you update your Anti-Virus software regularly, new viruses are being developed all the time.
Some more programs that it would be useful to have [OPTIONAL but RECOMMENDED]:
Download Spybot Search and Destroy 1.5 from here Check for Updates/ Immunize and run a Full System Scan on a regular basis.
SpywareBlaster is another real-time scanner that prevents most spyware from even being installed.
Freely available: Download SpywareBlaster
Download and install the free version of WinPatrol. This program protects your computer in a variety of ways and will work well with your existing security software. Have a look at this tutorial to help you get started with the program.
