I have a 3 month old Dell Inspiron 530S running XP SP2 that has worked great until very recently. Whenever the computer is started, the first program I try to run takes almost 5 minutes to start up. It doesn't matter if it's Word or Firefox. The computrer appears to be finished loading start-up items as I am able to access the start menu or open a file folder. I have tried to streamline my startup using msconfig to get rid of everything I could safely disable. I've run viruscans and malware checkers (including ATF & S&D) and now I'm turning to you guys for help. hijack log posted below. Thanks.

problem solved. seems to have been caused by ZoneAlarm Pro version:7.0.302.000. uninstalled and problem went away. re-installed and seems good so far. thanks to 23 people for looking.
