My computer runs XP home, 1GB ram, Intel Core 2 Cpu.
I have had this error for a week and decided to reformat, thinking this would solve the problem. For about a day it was fine and then this morning the error reappeared.
It usually happens when i am running Utorrent and the error "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. After that eveything else starts slowing down or programs refuse to open unless I restart, which solves the problem for a while.
I have another computer linked to this one and when to access each other I get the error: Not enough server storage is available to process this command.
