[Closed] PC Hijacked

Hello all, I'm new here and I'm in need of serious help!, my has been hijacked, I can't run anthing, .exe, .com, .bat, not even hijackthis; every time I try to start a program, Nero Backipup starts, as a matter of fact if I reboot I will have 17 Nero processes running. I'm using Vista Business with more than enough memory (2GB) Please let me know if there is still hope before thinking on formatting my HD Thanks! CP

We look for post with 0 replies, so when you posted to your own log, we assumed you were being helped.

If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
