Highjackthis log/Slow wireless connection

My wireless connection shows that it is running at 54 Mbps second and that its sending and receiving packets, but pages take five or minutes to load. I ran the free version of Ad-Aware 2007 and deleted everything it found. Ive done system restores also. So was hoping to see if anything looked weird in my highjackthis log that could be the problem, thanks!
