I would like to help you So if you would....
Please be patient and I will be back as soon as possible.

Please while I am gone do these step:

Show hidden files, Here is how:

Windows XP

* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

NEXT:

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.

Download Here:

This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

Be sure not to delete anything intill said ok to. also don't run any other cleanup programs till we
get done it may goof ours up.

Hi leighteabing

I read your log and we have some work to do
Please print out these instructions
so you can do them in order.

FITST:

click on Ctrl and the Delete button together.
This bring up task manager.
Here yo click on processes and look for the process:
system.exe

NOTICE
Only delete the process system.exe
there are more than one System in the running prcesses, we want
to stop the one with the .exe notice the dot in front of exe
be carful not to delete any other processes

NEXT:

Lets do a on line scan
if something can't be cleaned make note of it and let me know
do the scan here:

NEXT:

After scan reboot and do this:
Lets download and run Spybot search & destroy.
Read the tutorial and the down load onl the Spybot S&D

If you have any question please ask

after spybot reboot and post a new HJT log
and any log from F-secure
