I would try this first:Thanks LDtate
Will it be a problem is I uninstall Trend Micro and the quarantine that has the ff.exe?
Thanks heaps
Do a file search for ff.exe. If it's ONLY found in Trend Micro quarantine, then try this:
use ALT/CTRL/DEL keys (all 3 at same time) to open Taskmanager.
Look and see if ff.exe is listed. If so, click on it and select End Task,
Now see if you can delete it from Trend Micro quarantine
If you find ff.exe anywhere else let me know.

I don't know why it won't let you empty the quarantine.Hi,
I had a look in the Task Manager but the ff.exe isn't there. I tried to deled it from the Trend Micro quarantine again but it gave errors again - "Cannot delete ff: Access is denied. Make sure the disc isn't full or right protected and that the file is currently not in use"
I will uninstall Trend Micro tomorrow but will that remove the quarantine?
Sorry this is taking so long to resolve.
Thanks again.
Yes uninstall Trend Micro will remove it.
