got awesome help with my desktop, everything was solved (thanks chryssi
) so thought i could get help with my laptop.i am not sure what's going on, so let me share some of the symptoms...
it has a REAL hard time evening starting up. freezes alot and i get a blue screen quite
often as well... most the time it has to do with the cd drive. it doesn't really like to recognize it.
although dell has actually come to replace it once. needless to say, they haven't really helped since then.
i have reinstalled the driver a few times as well, so.... ???
the most recent was "GENERIC HOST PROCESS" for Win32 services has encountered a prob and needs
to close. ??
I was hoping someone could look through, see if its just software and help clean it up,
let me know where to get more help if it is hardware related or if i should just
finally throw the thing out the window and be done.
