I tried to use the same proceedure as posted for another user, but I am still unable to get rid of this malware. It has taken over my laptop (I am blogging from my desktop) and keeps telling me that I have a virus and need to upload protection. It goes to http://livesecuritycenter.com/?aid=444 and tries to force you to buy their virus protection. Please help.
