I'm getting killed with pop-ups, yellow drop down banner in explorer, pointing me to superantivirus.com

I've run HiJack and here are my log files below. I do hope someone can help me understand this and what I need to do. Norton 360 doesn't help me at all.

Thanks, Jon

OK, I've tried to work on this myself, but am not sure if I really solved the problem. Since I haven't gotten a response yet, and it seems that things were getting worse, I did a system restore (I went back about 2 weeks) and upon doing this, it seems to have stopped the problems. I no longer get virus warning pop-ups (that redirect me to superantivirus.com) My home page is restored, and stays. Norton 360 scan resulted in a virus called "Downloader" that was removed (but that's all I know). Am I safe? Did a restore actually remove this nasty thing? Thanks for any additional feedback.
